The ready-fashion has been since a few years an Italian phenomenon of big economic importance. This reality, which has made stronger the image of Italian taste and creativity in the world, has deeply conditioned the production system, revolutioning times and mrthods due to the needs of speeding up and making flexible the working cycle.
Alfameccanica has faced this demand with the new Series ALFA 74, 75, 76, 77: the latest generation of backpart moulders having features of performances modularity to allow the change of production article, without changing the moulding cushion. This is possible thanks to moulding bells with inside leather (or at request special teflon) covering, so that once they are inflated by air with adjustable pressure, the covering sticks perfectly to the moulds with different shape.

The peculiarity of these backpart moulding machines series is exactly to have as mouldingunit an inflatable bell. This bell joins the perfect inflaction capability and the final deflation by vacuum system, with a special device which keeps the covering as far as possible from the upper, allowing the bell return without any risk to damage the upper leather.
This new series has structure with strict and linear design.
The new and powerful “Hardware-Software” allows to control the machine cycle programmation and all the hot and cold temperatures by a proper operation console. The console autodiagnostic system informs the operator by a warning message of eventual malfuctions or allarms.

Technical features:

  • Reclining and adjustable moulding bell device.
  • Aluminum mould on mobile last peg, slanted towards the operator for a perfect upper positioning and centering.
  • Adjustable upper pulling grippers with back and forward movement to ensure upper adhesion to the aluminum mould.
  • Photoelectric safety barrier (only for Mod. ALFA 74).
  • Control panel for operator to introduce any kind of set values of machine cycle, hot mould temperatures and also warnings alerts in case of malfunctions.
  • Machine cycle programming, temperature setting and control, fault and alarm reporting by operating console.

Two hot stations with easy regulation of cushion-tray.

Our most spread and known hot counter moulding machine for leather board has been changed not only in the frame design, with more linear and rational surfaces, but especially having a more powerful Hardware-Software that gives the operator the possibility to control all machine functions with a single terminal. Renewed in design, more rational and with decidedly more linear surfaces, but above all in functionality, with a more powerful “Hardware-Software” that ensures total management of the machine by means of a single operating console positioned above and easily readable by the user. By it the operator can introduce any kind of set values of the machine cycle, mould temperatures and receive warninsgs in case of malfuctions. The heated outer rubber mould has always been the peculiarity of Alfa 684. It is made by hand following the shape of alluminum inner mould. Molded by hand following the mold template, it is enclosed in two inflatable lung basins with adjustable pressure; it allows the processing of uppers of various shapes and heights without its replacement.

The T7 PLC line installed on the machines Brustia-Alfameccanica is, in accordance to INDUSTRY 4.0, an extraordinarily revolutionary concept of automation matching the robustness and reliability of PLC industrial with potential of interconnectivity and interfacing of the operating systems of the PC world.
The use of this tool has allowed to improve the machines electronic and mechanical performances, as well as to provide a more simple and easy handling for the operator of the working parameters.
In fact, the setting, programming and displaying of the various values appears much more immediate than a common display and can be performed remotely, as well as remotely can take place the data exchange from previous to next phases and assistance hardware/software. It is also possible to choose the programming language of the machine, perform a complete self-diagnosis, consult the machine manual, check the daily / periodic and total productivity and many other options!
